The first-ever Facebook Canvas documentary follows one woman’s arduous journey to get clean water for her family.

1 Chalice = 5 Years Clean Water for someone in the developing world.

From past learnings, our team knew that the magnitude of the water crisis is hard for people to grasp. 

We needed to put a face to a number, and give Netflix-loving Millennials something beautiful to watch. So in partnership with the agency Mother, we created the first ever Facebook Canvas documentary. To get users attention, and have them turn the sound on, we started the documentary with a CTA from the co-founder of Water.Org, Matt Damon.

Stella wanted to express their long-term commitment to the water crisis both locally and globally.

Social assets spread the simple campaign message, 1 Chalice = 5 Years Clean Water, while showing off the new glassware, and driving to purchase.

To drive to purchase on Amazon from social, we showed off the artwork on each Chalice that was designed by an artist from the developing world.
