Hi! I’m Tricia, a creative leader living in Portland, Maine.
10+ years ago, my improv teammates brought me into the ad world, recruiting me to VaynerMedia NYC. At Vayner, I learned how to write, produce and more importantly, keep it cool while shaking Matt Damon’s hand on a cliff. I made real-time memes of Nicki Minaj and Shaq at Super Bowl, made artsy time-lapses at Sundance and stayed up way too late to film Chance the Rapper at SXSW. I was a key player in the core team for Bud Light social and our relationship helped unlock work across ABI for the agency.
I quickly rose the ranks at VMNYC, going from copywriter to ACD within three years, and was selected to join VMLA to help grow their West Coast offices, securing and leading work for TBS, Hulu, Facebook and Arctic Zero.
From there, I was recruited to Wild Card Creative Group to lead their social department, where I grew from ACD to GCD within 3 years. I’ve pitched and led work for Hulu, Netflix, Mattel, HBO Max, and Prime Video. During Covid, I learned how to remotely direct cranky, famous chefs. I then led the pitch to win the company’s first brand social AOR: Corona Refresca and Corona USA. Thanks to this win, Eli Manning once threw me a football. I caught it.
Now, as head of creative at 3AM, Wild Card Creative Group, I lead social / digital and integrated creative work for both entertainment and brand partners.
My site is being updated, but here’s a short list of projects that I’ve loved and led over the last few years:
Super Mario Brothers | Clio, Silver, Integrated Campaign - To get fans hyped for the film, I led a team and worked with multiple partners to turn the brothers’ plumbing business into a real thing with an interactive website, IRL fliers and phone number to call & text.
Blood Orange x Ad Astra Music Video - To bring in a fresh audience for the film, I sourced sounds from NASA’s audio library, wrote a music brief and worked hand-in-hand with Fox, Disney and Dev Hynes, aka Blood Orange, to build a custom song inspired by the themes of the film.
Barbie Dreamhouse Sleepover - To make the DreamHouse top of mind for the Christmas season, my team and I created an immersive YouTube video for young fans. Additionally, I created our campaign roll-out inclusive of influencer talent.
Arctic Zero Pint Crusher | Telly, Silver, Branded Content Campaign - To entice a fitness audience to try AZ, my team and I made an infomercial introducing a branded 15 lb dumbbell spoon to help them easily burn off a pint.
Meet Billie Eilish - To introduce older AppleTV+ subscribers to Billie, I wrote this Billie 101 script.
Corona USA Social - After winning the Social AOR pitch, here’s a few ways we brought Corona’s “Fine Life” campaign to feeds featuring Eli Manning and Jayson Tatum.
Current & past partners include Facebook, Spotify, Bud Light, Stella Artois, Corona USA, Academy of Motion Picture Arts & Sciences, Mattel Barbie, Disney, Apple, HBO, Netflix, 21st Century Fox, MGM, Amazon Prime Video, NBC, Warner Bros and more.
